You have the right to have all the personal data we store on you deleted, by closing your account all personal data we store on you will be removed after the safety retention window of three months has elapsed or 2 years of inactively which ever arises first. Any posts or comments you have made on the website will remain intact. If you wish to terminate or close your account you may begin this process asking us to "Close Account" from the "Contact Us" page accessed from any footer page of the site or if available use the request deletion button on your account dashboard. A request to Close an account under this clause does not give rise to a refund for any unused amounts of any Subscription fees paid. Upon termination accounts will first be suspended and all access denied, the account will of course not be visible on the services anymore for the retention period, after the retention period all profile content, images and photos will be removed any subscriptions associated with your account will be cancelled. To keep continuity across the site all other user content published will remain intact. Permanent account and content deletion only takes place under special request or when a member is in serious breaches of any rules. Please note to prevent fraud or misuses we may refuse to delete accounts if you cannot pass certain security questions or you fail to prove your identity when questioned about certain information regarding your account.
