very unpleasant and annoying person, with somewhat quick-witted intelligence, ends every sentence with an act of dismissive lively amusement.
Those self proclaimed smart donkey know-it-alls that make you feel dumb by pointing out your wrong, followed by a stupid pantomime laugh!
Those once a month quiz night people that think they know everything and even when they don't know something they still insist you are wrong.
So the next time someone hands you a dismissive laugh for being non the wiser, you can now call them a cunty smart wipe!
